Hi Delia, Thank you for the comment. Shakeology isn’t intended to be heated, as it strips all the nutrients. I wouldn’t advise using it as hot chocolate, only blended as a meal replacement shake. How long have you been drinking Shakeology for?

Can you tell me what happens to Shakeology when hot water is added? I really enjoy it as a hot chocolate drink.

Great question Loniel – Carl and his wife worked with a team of nutritional specialists and traveled to various countries to source many of the unique berries and nutrients they packed into Shakeology. I don’t know which ones are specifically organic, but from what I understand, most of the fruit and plant based foods are. And NO, none of the products in Shakeology are GMO’s. Phew! What process do they use to carefully select the ingredients for this shake? I know that all ingredients are not organic, however could you tell which ingredients are organic? Any GMOs in this product?
