I personally gone through every “diet” out there, had my own trials, errors and triumphs. I worked in Corporate America where I felt that because I had the liberty to “expense” lunches with clients, it was a free ticket for me to select the crappiest item on the menu. Ring a bell? Or how about going on vacation and leaving your “diet” behind and going completely bonkers! I mean, I worked hard to look good in a bathing suit for my vacation, I’m not going to suffer while traveling, right?
