30 Day Fitness Jumpstart | Day 2 | Your Accountability Partner

YIPPEE, here you are!  I just want to congratulate you for Day 2.  How did Day 1 go?

Today, I just want to hear from you.

Studies show that when you work with an accountability partner, you are going to increase your chances for success exponentially.

So… I really want to hear from you every single day.  I want to know what workout you did, how did it go, did you get through the whole thing. Visit my Facebook Page and leave a comment so I know what you did today.

And I'm going to share a little story with you.  When I first started P90X, I think I could only make it through about the first ten minutes.  And then I just kind of did exercises throughout the rest of the time.   I would rest and then I would do an exercise, and I would rest and I would do an exercise.

So don't be concerned if you're having trouble getting through some of the exercises, whether it's Insanity, P90X, TurboFire, Pump….  Any program that you're going to do is going to be challenging in the beginning.  And just do what you can.  Modify it, but also push yourself.

Don't just, you know, kind of on purpose do a bare minimum.  You really do want to be pushing yourself, but make sure that you just keep going -if you need to take a break take one…but then get right back to it!.  Okay?
