Day 9 – Importance of Stretching

Everyone’s favorite past-time, right?  Or more like, everyone’s favorite thing to pass-up!  But DON’T!!

If you read my post a few months back, To Stretch or Not to Stretch, you’ll have read how just as important it is as the other workouts in your program.

Just in case I didn’t get my point across, here’s my rant:


Don’t skip out on this critical step in your workout regime!  Trust me, your body will punish you if you skip out on it!
