Day 26. So now that you've gotten the hang of working on your fitness, having better nutrition, now, I want to talk about some of your mental goals, like some of the big things that you want to accomplish in your life, because it's not enough to just eat right and stay in shape; you also want to have a very fulfilling and rich life too, right?

So I have a suggestion for you today. It's a book. It's called The Compound Effect. And basically, the promise of the book is about how you achieve the goals that you really want in your life just by doing a little bit each day.
