Clean Eats: Protein Powered Crockpot Stew

OMGeeeeee! This was the most amazingly delicious and EASY crockpot recipe I came up with. Yes a little prep time (just chopping a few things – no biggie), but WELL worth it, as it was damn good. Yes, *pat pat on my back! :) It’s super basic and totally family friendly. My kids LOVED it!

1 lb grass fed beef stew meat

3-4 True Story or Applegate Chicken Sausage Links

1 onion cut thickcrockpot stew_br

4 medium carrots, cut

2-3 medium Sweet potatoes, cut in 1/2” chunks

3-4 celery stalks, cut

2 cups frozen organic peas

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1/4 cup tomato sauce

2 cups low sodium Organic veggie broth

1 cup water

2-3 cloves of chopped garlic

Himalayan Salt

Black Pepper

Dash of Cumin

Combine all ingredients into your crockpot and set on low for 6 hours.
