30 Day Fitness Jumpstart | Day 4 | Results and Recovery

All right. Day 4.

How are you feeling? My guess is you're feeling pretty sore. I remember that first week; boy, I had some trouble. I go back and read my blog sometimes and it's like I remember writing one where I felt like I couldn't raise my fork to my mouth. I was so sore.

I'm sure you are too. And one of the things I want to recommend is that you give the Results and Recovery Formula a try. When I first started, I'm going to be honest, I thought, "You know what, they have it at the end of every video. They talk about it a lot." And I thought, "Oh, they're just trying to sell a product."

But, as time was going by, and I was really sore a lot. I was working really hard doing P90X. And I said, “I'm going to give it a try.” My coach said to me, "Try the Results and Recovery Formula and see what you think." He was swearing by it.

Well I purchased it, and let me tell you something…. I was so mad at myself that I hadn't gotten it sooner because it really makes a difference! It helps you recover so much faster from your workouts, especially intense workouts like P90X, TurboFire, Insanity. You're going to want that.
